Everyone who ordered the card and replenished the balances will receive a refund. The card ordering and Web Wallet functionality are temporarily unavailable.


MinexPay Card is a common prepaid debit card that is managed via the respective Web-application and can be replenished only with fiat currencies. MinexPay Card can not be funded by non-fiat currencies. MinexPay Card is issued for Chain2Pay clients through an intermediary partner. Chain2Pay is not responsible for the relations with card issuer or payment system (i.e. MasterCard). Chain2Pay card issuing partners are not responsible for the functionality of the Web-application or for any operations related to non-fiat funds. In no case non-fiat funds will be sent to the users’ card accounts to fund MinexPay cards and MinexPay cards shall not be treated as a non-fiat cards. You do not need to enter into a direct contract with the card issuer in order to use MinexPay Card.

This policy describes the process of all and any personal information collection and information processing activities that are conducted by Chain2pay OÜ for the services provided by Chain2pay OÜ, including the services provided on the website and/or respective (the “Privacy Policy”). The terms “we”, “us”, “our” used in this policy refer to Chain2pay OÜ.

By signing up/visiting/using this website, the respective web-application (the “Web resources”) or making an order of the MinexPay Card you automatically agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy as well as to the terms of use and other policies that regulate the provision of the services offered by Chain2pay OÜ, so please read them carefully.

The term “Personal Information”, used in the Privacy Police means any information relating to any natural person, who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to such information. Other terms not defined in this policy should be construed as defined in the terms of use.

We process the information about you both as a controller and as a processor, according to the GDPR. Companies that assist us with issuance of the MinexPay card and verification of our clients are processors according to the GDDR.


To provide our services, we collect and process specific Personal Information about you and our users. Such Personal Information includes:

  1. General Personal Information, i.e. full name, address, place of residence, date of birth, tax number (where applicable), passport and/or ID card details and contact details, i.e., email address, delivery address, phone number, and other information that may be needed for the service provision.

    This information allows you (a) to register on our Web resources and create personal accounts for the usage of the services they provide; (b) to make an order of the MinexPay Card; (c) to pass required verification procedures, including a check for KYC, AML/CFT.

    Furthermore, we use this information: (a) to personalize communication with you; (b) to organize issuance of your MinexPay Card, including but not limited to sharing this information with the financial institution/bank that issues and maintains it; (c) to organize a courier delivery of your MinexPay Card.

  2. Financial information, including account financial information: balance of the MinexPay Card, your payment account, details of source of funds, specific information about your certain transactions and payment history.

    This information allows us to provide you with the specific services offered on the Web resources, i.e., issuance and usage of the MinexPay Card, exchange of the Virtual Currencies for the Fiat Currencies, performing Virtual Currency Transactions and other services defined in the terms of use.

    We collect such type of the Personal Information to the extent that we are required to do so by law and/or we need such information to be sure that our services are paid off in full.

  3. Visual information, i.e., images or the scan copies of the documents that you are required to provide for the verification purposes if any, your photos required for verification/identification procedures.

    We collect and keep such type of the Personal Information to the extent that we are required to do so by law and/or we need such information to conduct a check of your compliance with the laws and/or for detecting and preventing financial crimes.

  4. Technical information, including the Internet Protocol address (IP) used for connection of your computer to the Internet, type and version of your browser, its plug-ins, your time zone settings, operating system and platform that you use, information about your visit, including full Universal Resource Locator (URL), loading errors, duration of certain pages hits.

    We use this information solely to provide you with positive user experience and assess the effectiveness of our services and Web resources.

    You are the owner of your Personal Information that you provide to us. By providing Personal Information to Chain2pay you grant Chain2pay a non-exclusive right to use it world-wide.


  1. We receive your Personal Information under your consent, i.e. when you submit it to us by filling in the respective forms on the Web resources for the registration, authentication, verification purposes. You can withdraw your consent by contacting our support team. Your withdrawal will not affect the legitimacy of your Privacy Information processing that we conducted before your request for withdrawal was resolved.

  2. We collect your Personal Information when you are using our Web-resources, namely technical information that is necessary to provide our services for you. Collection of such information is based on our legitimate interest. We use such information to improve your user experience: (1) to ensure that the content of our Web resources is displayed in the most efficient way for you and device you use; (2) to administer our Web resources, including identification and fix of the malfunctions, data analysis, testing, research, statistics and research purposes.

  3. We obtain your Personal Information from the other parties. This information may include: (1) information that we receive from third parties, who provide services with regard to the issuance and maintenance of the MinexPay Card, (2) information from governmental or international agencies, (3) information from publicly available sources, such online search engines, governmental registers, international documents, i.e., sanctions lists.


We will use and disclose your Personal Information only that is necessary to provide our services in compliance with the laws. Herewith we will share your Personal Information only with the third parties mentioned below:

  1. Analysts and providers of search systems who assist us in improving and optimizing our Web resources;

  2. Bank and/or financial institutions, with which we have entered into the respective agreement for cooperation and which assist us with issuance and maintenance of your MinexPay Card;

  3. Providers of verification solutions, i.e., for KYC, AML/CFT check.


Additionally, we may be asked to disclose specific types of your Personal Information to the third parties in the following cases:

  1. To the purchaser or seller of our business;

  2. To the extent that we are required to do so by law;

  3. In the enforcement and/or court procedure and/or when it is required to disclose to a governmental agency in response to a valid court order or subpoena or similar requirement of the court or other governmental bodies of the other countries;

  4. To establish, exercise or defend legal rights of our business, employees and authorized legal representatives.

Agreements that we conclude/will conclude (if possible) with the third parties whom we disclose your Personal Information include/will include suitable and sufficient measures (1) to safeguard your Personal Information, your rights, freedoms, legitimate interest with regard to such information, (2) to prevent abuse or unlawful access or transfer of your Personal Information.


Your Personal Information is being stored on servers in Germany. All online transactions are ciphered with the Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL).

We are exercising and implementing all the sufficient and suitable technical and organizational safeguards and measures needed to provide secure processing and the storage of your data in accordance with GDPR and try to be sure that the third parties that receive your Personal Information also adhere to the GDPR.

We may transfer your Personal Information to other countries. When conducting such transfer, we make sure that the state to which we are transferring your Personal Information has the adequate legislative environment to protect such information and apply all possible safeguard that is sufficient to mitigate the risks of abuse or unlawful access or transfer of your Personal Information.


You have the following rights with regard to the Personal Information that we control and/or process:

  1. To request to amend/renew the inaccurate and/or incomplete Personal Information concerning you;

  2. To erase your Personal Information in whole or in part;

  3. To restrict processing of your Personal Information;

  4. To object to the processing of your Personal Information for profiling to the extent that it is related to direct marketing;

  5. To request to familiarize and access to the Personal Information that was collected.

Please note, in the event, we erase your Personal Information in whole or in part upon your request, we may not be able to provide you with the services that we offer and/or limit your access to the Web resources and/or freeze your MinexPay Card. Herewith before requesting to shut down your account and/or withdrawing your consent for storing and processing Your Personal Information withdraw all the Virtual and Fiat Currencies that are available at your personal account and are not needed to pay off our services. Otherwise, you are solely responsible for any damages that will arise with regard to your failure to do so. We may refuse to erase your specific Personal Information in the event we are obliged to keep it to the extent it is required by law.

You may submit to us a request to exercise any of the abovementioned rights. We will review your request within 30 calendar days and notify you of the results of its consideration.


Only specific employees have access to your Personal Information. Such employees have entered into the confidentiality agreements under which they are obliged to protect your Personal Information as their own and apply all possible safeguards that are sufficient to mitigate the risks of abuse or unlawful access or transfer of your Personal Information.
